Latehar

The town of  Latehar is the district headquarters which is spread over an area of 3651.59 sq.km earlier it was the sub division of Palamau and during the year 2001 it was announced as one of the district to the state. The major occupation to the people here depends on agriculture, forest produces and minerals; this is a developing district to the state.
